By accessing or using TradePilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

TradePilot is a Chrome extension and web application that uses artificial intelligence to generate TradingView Pine Script code from natural-language prompts. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a licensed financial advisory or brokerage service.

3. Earnings Disclaimer

The products and services provided by TradePilot are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings or trading profits. Your level of success depends entirely on your own decisions, trading experience, and risk management. TradePilot makes no guarantees of profitability. Results described in any testimonials or examples are not typical and may not be representative of what you experience.

Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. 6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use TradePilot only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for:

Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
All trading decisions made using strategies generated by the Service.
Ensuring generated strategies comply with TradingView's own terms of service.
Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.

7. Credits & Subscription

TradePilot operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per AI generation based on the number of tokens used. Credits reset monthly for active subscriptions. Unused credits do not roll over. Founding Trader credits carry an expiry date communicated at time of purchase.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or as a one-time payment depending on the plan selected. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy and are subject to their terms.

8. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us within 7 days of your first payment at support@tradepilot.co.in and we will review your case. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Founding Trader one-time purchases are non-refundable after the 7-day window.

9. Intellectual Property

Pine Script code generated by TradePilot is yours to use freely. TradePilot retains no ownership of generated outputs. The TradePilot brand, website, and extension code remain the intellectual property of TradePilot and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradePilot and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
